A unified technical foundation for the state government, Mandal Agricultural Officers (MAOs), and individual farmers of Telangana, India. Satellite-based soil monitoring runs across all 33 districts of the state, delivering ten soil and crop parameters per mandal.

- Data corpus. 43,000+ cleaned soil samples, plus 600 GIZ AgriFabriX samples.
- Results. Ten parameters in production; four currently cross R² > 0.55.
ACRAT — local AgriTech start-ups
Through ACRAT, several Indian AgriTech start-ups are integrated as services on the platform — BharatRohan (drone surveys), Carbonmint (carbon accounting), Transity (farmer-facing apps).

NaLamKI validations (Germany)
The original BMWK NaLamKI consortium validated the architecture with services for apple yield detection, drone-based weed detection with John Deere integration, and soil-moisture-based irrigation control.
